Auto Ricambi, LLC will make every effort to ship your item(s) the same day we receive your order. You always pay a fair shipping cost at Auto Ricambi, LLC. Items may be returned in new, resalable condition within 90 days of purchase. However, shipping is non-refundable. Electrical parts, fuel injection parts, manuals, tools, or special ordered items are non-returnable. When returning items, please include a copy of the original invoice, use sufficient packing, and insure the items being returned. (See below for return shipping address) All items are warranted for defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 6 months. Some items may carry longer warranties from the manufacturer. Auto Ricambi LLC will either repair or replace the defective item at our discretion. The item must be returned to Auto Ricambi LLC for any warranty consideration. The warranty does not cover abuse, improper installation, parts used for racing, or failure caused by another part’s malfunction. (See below for return shipping address) If your item has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately, and we will file a claim with the shipper. Auto Ricambi LLC does not pay to ship returned or warranty merchandise, neither is shipping refundable. Auto Ricambi LLC is not responsible for incidental costs and Auto Ricambi LLC’s liability shall never exceed the value of the item. You agree Auto Ricambi, LCC, its owners, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from use of their products. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
